Come along and get into the spirit of Christmas and make the most of the festivities by stepping into a magical world of light, colour and sound, as you explore the grounds of Cannizaro Park adorned with thousands of lights transforming the gardens into an enchanted winter wonderland. An unmissable event to start off the festive season! You cannot beat the magic of Christmas. 

Continue through the gardens absorbing the magical sights and sounds, and gather around the fire pits to toast marshmallows for s’mores or have a bite to eat and a glass of mulled wine.

The trail runs from Thursday 23rd November 2023 to Sunday 17th December 2023.

The first entry time is 5.00pm and sessions are every 30 minutes. 

The last entry on is 9:00pm. 

WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE HOWEVER THERE WILL BE LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE GATE ON THE DAY ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Adults: £12.00, Children (age 5 - 15, under 5's free but still require a ticket): £5.50 

UNDER 5 (FREE) TICKETS MUST BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, WE CANNOT ADD ADDITIONAL TICKETS TO THE ORDER IF YOUR DATE AND TIME IS SOLD OUT.

FAQ's: 
Are dogs welcome? All well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome – please ensure that you clean up after them though! 

Is the Illuminated Garden Trail accessible for wheelchairs? Due to the nature of the Grade 1 Listed gardens and two sets of steps, there is an alternate shorter route for wheelchair users. 

What should I wear/bring? Some of the paving is old and can be uneven and slippery in places so we suggest suitable footwear and to wrap up warm! Some areas of the trail will be darker than others so we suggest bringing a torch just in case! 

Will there be refreshments available? Our refreshment stop along the trail will also serve hot street food, hot drinks, festive alcoholic treats and not forgetting the s’mores kits! 

I’ve booked tickets for the wrong date or now cannot make my date – can I swap? We cannot swap any tickets for you. Tickets are also non-refundable. 

Do I have to print my ticket or can I show it on my mobile device? Yes! Please feel free to show your barcode for scanning on your mobile device. Please have these ready in advance as we have a limited phone signal to download these on the day and this can cause hold-ups!
